The breakfast options were decent, with enough variety to fuel a busy day. The hotel's proximity to a 24-hour diner made late-night snacks easy. Housekeeping kept the room super tidy throughout the stay.

The noise from the freeway was a bit distracting at night, and the coffee in the morning could be upgraded to offer better quality.

When I arrived the desk clerk was spending time on the phone and not attending to guests. When I got ready to check in my reservation was not honored. When I went to bed the ac in my room was mal-functioning and I needed to be moved. The night clerk was excellent and moved me but there was no consideration about my personal inconvenience and more. Our stay at the hotel/motel was dissapointing. For the price we paid and the condition of the room, we could have done better. The room was suppost to have just been remodeled, but it seemed they had only put some new paint on and a new bet. The electrical plugs were old and not many of them. Had to jerry rig to use our computer. Not a pleasing room at all.

The $50 cash deposit caught me off guard!!! The TV didn't work, the refrigerator failed to keep my drinks cold, and the bedspread had rips!!! Elevate the room maintenance for a better experience!!!

Location close to the freeway and price

The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with a lovely towel flower on the bed that added a special touch. The friendly staff ensured my stay was comfortable and stress-free, which I appreciated as a senior traveler.

More accessible seating in common areas needed.

Location not far from many restaurants. A great selection of goodies for breakfast. Accommodating staff at all times.

Marvellous and excellent location in Russellville, adjacent to Waffle House, several different restaurants and Russellville. Also, close to everything. Climate control, a microwave and a refrigerator available in the deluxe double room. Super-friendly staff, perfect beds.

The location really worked out for exploring the area, especially for motorcycle riding. The room had a solid setup, clean with comfortable beds. Waking up refreshed made a big difference after long days. WiFi offered decent connectivity, essential for planning daily rides. Breakfast included decent options like waffles, eggs, and sausage-enough variety to fuel up for the day. I bumped into a couple of issues. The TV didn't work, and it took too long to get assistance from someone who could help. The cleanliness of the bathroom wasn't great. I spotted some mold on the shower curtain that definitely needs attention. I had to pay a cash deposit at check-in that wasn't mentioned beforehand, which threw me for a loop. Still, the friendly manager showed some help here, even if that part of the stay wasn't ideal.

This hotel was an ideal choice for short visits in Russellville, offering attractive and competitive value for money. The bed was too firm for my taste, but my husband found it comfortable.

pleasant stay but a few hiccups

The room was clean with good lighting. The water pressure in the shower was great. I enjoyed the breakfast options with sufficient variety to start my day on the right foot. Meeting friends in a clean and spacious environment added to the comfort of my stay.
